Shipping costs vary depending on the size, quantity or weight of the item purchased, so additional shipping costs may apply.

Delivery Time:

is around 2 weeks after payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).

For custom-made products, please contact our customer service for delivery time.

Products you order will be shipped on the same day as long as payment is confirmed before 15:00.

Take note:

Large chandeliers and custom-made products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, so please review carefully before purchasing.

(A request to change the size, the lamp, etc., is considered a custom-made product).

Exchange and Returns

When exchange or return is possible:

• In case of return due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. This includes colour exchange, height exchange, etc.

• If the product is damaged as damage prevention supplies were not included.

• If the contents of the supplied products or services are different from the displayed or advertised contents and we are informed within 7 days from the date of supply and within 10 days from the date of becoming aware of the fact.

If the product is damaged or loses value, exchange or return is not possible. (Especially large or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded)
